Benefits of the Drill

Creates a solidified base and foundation

Allows your hands to be out front making for smoother transitions from the glove to hand

Common Miscues

Hinged at the waist

Rear is not pushed back and points down, allowing the chest and glove to lift

Lunging favorably to either side and not in an athletic posture
